Great interview. I wish that the station had given Loretta more time. Settings goals is great, but keeping them, even when they are on the calendar can be difficult. Perhaps testing a person’s level of committment to their goal might help. By the Way, “Leadership Without Limits” is a Must read for anyone who wants to be a better more effective manager!

Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was
super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any suggestions for first-time blog writers? I’d
definitely appreciate it.
